My Experience
I have worked with many different types of clients ranging from first time in the gym, clients who need a bit more of a push or helping to increase motivation. Working with one on one and group sessions.
In the summer of 2016 I worked with a Football team based in South West London doing a pre-season bootcamp.
I'm a qualified Judo coach and have taken many Adult sessions ranging from white to black belt.
